IMPORTANT: Conference Contact List Removed
The on-site email list for presenters, panelists, and chairs has been removed from the site and will not be restored. Conference participants were sent alternative access files Saturday 03 October (direct e-mail prior to 2300 GMT). If you have not received (from the Secretariat's e-mail address), e-mail the Secretariat Director with your request; include the Panel Name with which you are associated.

Program 21 Sept 09 - Revisions/Forward Papers to Chairs, Presenters & Secretariat
The Program has been significantly revised 21 Sept 2009. Provide missing paper titles/panelist information urgently to the Secretariat/2009 Conference Committee Chair.
All Panelists must forward papers to fellow Panelists, Chairs and Presenters (e-mails available on Conference website), and to the Secretariat/2009 Conference Committee Chair for inclusion in the 2009 Conference CD by 05 October. See you in Chicago in a month!
Keynote Speaker: Dr. John A. Nagl
Continuing a tradition of distinguished speakers at IUS events, Dr. John A. Nagl, president of the Center for a New American Security, will be the keynote speaker at the IUS Conference Banquet on Friday October 23, 2009. Dr. Nagl is also a member of the Defense Policy Board, a Visiting Professor in the War Studies Department at Kings College of London, a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and a member of the International Institute of Strategic Studies.
